Seasoning is a spice of life. I think it really important when you are eating clean to put your spice rack to good use. In the past I brought you Free2BFit Seafood Spice Blend, Free2BFit Spice Blend, Soy Sauce Substitute. All GF and Paleo friendly blends. So I though it is about time for a salt-free GF Poultry seasoning since we do all eat a lot of chicken.
Ingredients:
- 3 tsp. sage
- 3 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/8 tsp.red pepper flakes
Cooking Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container. I store mine in 8 oz. mason jars.
